Travel Coordinator- Japanese Bilingual; Hybrid

We are seeking ahighly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Travel Coordinator. Prior experience within the travel industry is essential for this role.

• Corresponds with clients and provides suggestions via web, emails and phone calls.
• Makes travel arrangements such as Tours, air tickets, cruises, and hotels for customers including agencies.
• Handles customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintains and develops customer base by suggesting products and services which meet and exceed client expectations.
• Maintains accurate records of all travel reservations.
• Stays up-to-date on travel industry trends and developments.
• Speaks, reads and writes Japanese language.
• Long-term legal work authorization in the United States
• Possesses 1+ years of experience in the travel industry
• GDS(such as Sabre,Amadeus etc.) experience is preferred
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Normal business hours between 8:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• May be required to work after normal business hours and weekends.
