Assistant Manager Corporate Sales

An internationally recognized global airline is seeking a Corporate Sales Assistant Manager to help drive corporate revenue growth across the U.S. market. This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing a remote, multi-city sales team.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team
• Own corporate sales performance, revenue targets, and pipeline growth

• 5–10 years of corporate sales experience

• Proven success managing revenue, targets, and high-performing sales teams
• Strong experience leading remote or geographically distributed teams
• Background in corporate travel, aviation, or airline partnerships strongly preferred
• Bilingual Japanese (preferred) to support international collaboration
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office
• Confident communicator with strong leadership presence and stakeholder management skills
