The Mail Room Associate is responsible for supporting the demands of the Brea site Mail Room by carrying out effective correspondence routines, coordinating mailing campaigns for onsite departments and optimizing the efficiency of Mail Room postage and supplies. This position reports to the Facilities Maintenance Manager and is located in Brea, CA and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Responsibilities- Coordinate the administrative activities of the Brea Mail Room supporting Beckman Coulter and onsite OpCOs.
- Open and sort incoming correspondence and prepare outgoing mail, and organize special mailings.
- Coordinate the receipt, storage and issuance of stationery and Mail Room supplies. Oversee periodic inventories and reorder items as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- 1-2 years of experience working in an office environment
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift, move or carry items weighing 30-50 lbs occasionally
- Operates in accordance with clearly defined standard operating procedures.
- Provides general support with postage processing and routine office functions.

The salary range for this role is $42,500 - $50,000 ($20.43-$24.03/hour). This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
