Our Headquarters office in Torrance, CA and Chicago, IL is hiring for a Mergers & Acquisition Sourcing Associate. The M&A Sourcing Associate will provide sourcing and business development on the M&A team. You will join a team of dynamic, collaborative, and client-focused professionals who are focused on delivering on our founding core values:

This is a hybrid role available in Torrance or Chicago

Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 plus Commission

Duties And Responsibilities

• Day to day responsibilities include identifying and sourcing new acquisition targets for M&A strategic initiatives of EPWA.
• Managing outreach to RIA firms across multiple geographies
• Planning and coordinating initial calls and meetings
• CRM management
• Other transaction and team responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

• 1-4 years working experience in a (outbound) business development role;
  Financial Services industry highly desired
• Demonstrable history of successful business development results
• Experience with RIAs and Financial Advisors desired
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in CRM, PowerPoint, MS Office
• Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy
• Excellent sales capabilities and communication skills
