Compensation: Paid internship

We are offering a paid Internship for students or recent graduates interested in U.S. accounting/tax and cross-border professional services. This is a hands‑on role designed to provide real‑world exposure to a public accounting industry.
- Assist the CAO with administrative activities
- Perform industry research and data analysis
- Organize work papers and client documentation
- Undergraduate or graduate student in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- IT savvy
- Proficiency in Excel;
- Bi‑lingual (English and Japanese)
- Ability to commit to at least 20 hours per week
- Practical, hands‑on public accounting experience
- Exposure to cross‑border client work
- Mentorship from experienced professionals
