Bilingual English/Japanese (Read and Write)

Support Accounting Manager

  • 5-10 years of general accounting experience.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of financial reporting and the general ledger structure.
  • Participate in annual audits and provide requested documents to auditors in a timely manner.
  • Ensure daily payment checks are issued.
  • Complete the month-end closing process in a timely manner.
  • Monitor customer credit limits and accounts receivable balances to ensure timely payments.
  • Handle state and L&I tax filings.
  • Communicate with CPA offices.
  • Manage daily data entry, monthly reconciliations, 1099 processing, annual financial closing (coordinate with accounting firms), and tax-related interactions with IRS and other agencies.
