Salary

25457 - 28527 per week for full‑time hours depending on location. Part‑time hours pro‑rata.

No7 Advisor works onsite in the Torquay Wren Park store. You will build customer relationships, provide personalised skincare and makeup consultations, meet sales targets, complete the 12‑month Skin School programme and ensure a well‑presented counter.

• Build great relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Provide personalised consultations using the latest skincare and makeup products.
• Meet sales targets and promote No7 offers and in‑store promotions.
• Complete our award‑winning 12‑month Skin School development programme.
• Share knowledge and tips with the wider store team to create a vibrant and supportive working environment.
• Ensure the counter is beautifully presented to showcase the range of No7 products.

• Empathy and customer‑first mindset.
• Enjoyment of meeting sales targets and contributing to team performance.
• Knowledge of current skincare and beauty trends.
• Comfortable working independently and within a team.
• Strong brand ambassador for No7, helping customers find the best products.

• Previous retail customer service experience.
• Experience using skincare and beauty products on customers.

Progress to roles such as Counter Manager, Store Leadership or Support Office. We offer a 6‑month high‑performer programme to develop leadership skills and confidence.
