Colleague - Barton Express

Our Tesco Colleague pay starts from £12.45 an hour, increasing to £13.66 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with flexibility for fewer hours (minimum 12) if desired.

• Sun: 11:00 – 17:00
• Mon: 12:00 – 17:45
• Tue: 18:00 – 23:00
• Wed: 18:00 – 23:00
• Fri: 12:00 – 17:30
• Sat: 15:00 – 19:45

We will schedule your contracted hours within these times and provide at least three weeks’ notice of your exact shifts. If your availability matches closely but not exactly, we welcome you to apply.

We will only recruit individuals who have passed the school leaver’s age. Candidates must be over 18 if the role requires working before 6:15 am or after 9:45 pm, or in areas such as the warehouse, counter, bakery, or driving roles.
