The Hospice at Home Team supports people who wish to spend their last days in their own home. We provide symptom control and psychological and emotional support to the patient and their loved ones. As a registered nurse, you will plan and manage care for patients wishing to die at home, working within a supportive team and with clinical supervision.

• Registered nurse with a passion for palliative care.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Desire to work in the community.
• Experience in community and/or palliative care is an advantage.
