Are you an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive looking for a fresh challenge in a forward-thinking firm? This highly regarded Legal 500 practice in Devon is growing its Private Client offering and now seeks an ambitious lawyer to join its well-established and supportive team in Torquay.

The Opportunity:

• Work with a thriving and busy Private Client department with a strong existing caseload
• Advise on a broad range of matters including:
  • Wills
  • Probate
  • Estate Administration
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Inheritance Tax Planning
  • Trust Creation & Trust Administration
• Hybrid working model:
  Split your time between home and the office
• Be part of a respected and long-standing firm with deep local roots and national recognition

Who You Are:

• A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in private client law (more experienced candidates welcomed)
• Confident managing your own caseload and maintaining high client service standards
• Keen to develop your skills and grow within a reputable and supportive team
• Interest or specialism in Trusts? There's scope to tailor the role toward that
