This role offers an attractive hourly rate of £45.00 and the flexibility of either part-time or full-time working. In this pivotal leadership position, you will lead, supervise, and develop a dedicated Social Work team, ensuring that children, young people, and families receive high-quality, timely support in line with statutory guidance and local policies. You will be at the forefront of promoting integrated assessment approaches and ensuring strong, effective responses to vulnerable children through close partnership working with other agencies.
