We are seeking a Despatch Coordinator to join our Toronto-based team, supporting logistics operations across North America.

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and compliant despatch of goods, coordinating last‑mile deliveries, managing transport partners, and supporting alignment between North American and international supply chain operations.

• Oversee day‑to‑day despatch and logistics operations across North American markets.
• Liaise directly with customers to coordinate and schedule deliveries with accuracy and professionalism.
• Facilitate secure payment processing over the phone to finalise outstanding orders.
• Manage customer queries via email, providing timely and effective resolutions.
• Monitor stock delays and proactively communicate updates to customers and showrooms.
• Develop and execute detailed despatch plans, including scheduling and routing, ensuring compliance with Canadian transport regulations.
• Track inventory, shipments and delivery performance to maximise efficiency and space utilisation.
• Assess and manage transport and logistics provider performance, identifying cost savings and service improvements.
• Implement process and system enhancements to improve despatch efficiency.
• Generate reports on delivery times, costs and service levels to inform operational decisions.

• 3–5 years’ experience in logistics, warehousing or supply chain operations.
• Fluency in French is required for this role.
• Experience across multiple North American markets is an asset.
• Strong understanding of bulky goods and last‑mile delivery operations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with CRM or ERP systems.
• Highly organised with strong time‑management skills and the ability to meet daily deadlines.
• Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving capability.
• Collaborative and adaptable, comfortable working across departments and time zones.
• Self‑motivated and eager to grow within a global organisation.

• $60,000 – $65,000 per annum
