Logistics & Shipping Coordinator

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Logistics & Shipping Coordinator to take ownership of our outbound shipping operations across eCommerce and wholesale channels. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity, takes pride in accurate execution, and is comfortable making day-to-day decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Outbound Shipping & Order Fulfillment

• Own daily outbound shipments for both local and international orders across eCommerce and wholesale platforms
• Monitor and process orders across systems including Shopify, wholesale portals, and EDI platforms
• Select appropriate carriers and service levels based on cost, transit time, and customer requirements
• Ensure accurate box dimensions, weights, shipping labels, and documentation
• Communicate clear packing and shipping instructions to warehouse and fulfillment teams
• Review orders for special instructions, delivery requirements, or time-sensitive requests
• Compare carrier options and service levels to optimize shipping costs and delivery performance
• Work with parcel and courier partners (UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, Canada Post, local couriers, etc.)
• Monitor shipments and proactively resolve delays, errors, or delivery issues
• File shipping claims and follow up as needed

International Shipping & Compliance

• Prepare and verify customs documentation including commercial invoices and regulatory paperwork
• Coordinate with customs brokers to ensure smooth cross-border clearance
• Ensure all required account numbers, broker details, and compliance information are accurate

LTL & Freight Operations

• Coordinate inbound and outbound LTL shipments, including booking pickups and preparing BOLs
• Manage scheduled wholesale shipments through EDI / SPS Commerce portals
• Ensure electronic invoicing and portal requirements are met

Operations & Reporting Support

• Maintain accurate shipping and outbound records
• Support inventory coordination and shipment tracking
• Identify opportunities to improve shipping processes, reporting, or efficiency
• Escalate operational issues proactively and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve them

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through
• Comfortable owning day-to-day logistics operations independently
• Calm under pressure and able to prioritize effectively
• A clear communicator who works well across teams
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and eager to improve systems

• 1-2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations
• Previous experience working with CPG
• Hands‑on experience with parcel, LTL, and international shipping
• Familiarity with shipping platforms and portals (e.g. Ship Station, Click Ship, SPS Commerce, carrier platforms)
• A solid understanding of cross‑border documentation and compliance
• Strong technical and organizational skills
