* Audits all orders for completeness and shipping availability; coordinates and matches the final carton count with the WMS.
* Responds quickly to all early cancels, rushes, and appointment orders by monitoring the Shipping dashboard for any outstanding cartons, expediting flow-through for missing cartons in order to complete shipments and meet customer needs.
* Communicates with internal and external contacts ensuring all customer service requests are completed.
* Works closely with Shipping, Transportation, and Customer Order Management Team to schedule and coordinate carriers, delivery times and dates, and prepares appropriate documentation utilizing internal and external systems.
* Audits, performs sign-off and completes all carrier invoices to confirm accuracy of rates, and ensures the proper cost center is charged for budget purposes.
* Prepares monthly reporting such as; carrier performance, budget variances, tracking of pallets etc.
* Support and act as a Back Up Process Leader. Comprehension of the collective agreement is required.
* Execute special projects, duties and tasks as assigned.## ##
