** Your Responsibilities
*** Coordinate and/or plan inbound, outbound and return freight transportation
* Liaise and coordinate with relevant service providers and internal stakeholders regarding freight/deliveries including Red Carpet D2C and B2B shipments
* Be responsible for customs clearing and other transport regulatory compliance tasks (dangerous goods, environmental) including transport damage claims
* Ensure adherence to transport service levels and KPIs
* Freight claims management and record keeping
* Support in in other supply chain tasks
** What we are looking for
*** Academic qualification or relevant work experience
* 3+ years Operations/Transport background preferred
* SAP experience preferred
* White goods, white glove experience considered a major asset
* Good analytical skills
* Good interpersonal and account management skills
* Well structures Process and e2e thinking
* Good IT understanding
* Strong communication skills to all organizational levels
