Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 + Benefits

Schedule: Full-time, primarily daytime hours (must be available for urgent operational needs)

The Operations Supervisor oversees the dispatchers and daily flight operations, ensuring tasks are completed and flights run smoothly. This role requires a proactive problem-solver to handle urgent situations and support the Operations Dispatch team.

• Oversee and ensure the smooth execution of daily flight operations
• Supervise and support two Operations Dispatchers
• Act as the primary point of contact for operational issues, ensuring timely solutions
• Monitor flights, manage last‑minute changes, and problem‑solve urgent issues
• Ensure all dispatch tasks are completed correctly and on time
• Coordinate crew scheduling, ensuring coverage for absences or unexpected changes
• Communicate with brokers, clients, crew, and regulatory bodies as needed
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations (CARs 604/703/704)
• Be available via phone or email to support operations as needed

• Aviation experience – in operations, logistics, dispatch, or pilot training
• Leadership skills – prior supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong problem‑solving & decision‑making abilities
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle urgent situations
• Located in the GTA (this is an in‑office position)
