At Body Fit Training (BFT), we fuse science, coaching, and community to deliver elite-level group workouts made accessible to all fitness levels. Our programming is designed to target every energy system, recruit every muscle fiber type, and challenge movement through all planes just like the training elite athletes use, but built for everyday people.

BFT Eastern is a brand-new studio opening in Toronto
, and we’re building a founding team of passionate, credentialed fitness professionals to lead high-performance workouts that leave clients feeling empowered, challenged, and ready to return. As a BFT Coach, you’re more than just a trainer—you’re a motivator, educator, and guide who helps every member become their strongest self.

Compensation
:
Pay starts at $25 per class
, with opportunities to grow as our community expands.

Coach Signature BFT Sessions
:
Deliver pre-programmed, high-energy group workouts for up to 36 members, ensuring every session is engaging, safe, and effective.

Motivate and Connect
:
Bring the energy, help members push through barriers, and build lasting relationships that keep them coming back.

Educate on Movement & Safety
:
Instruct and correct technique across a variety of exercises, adapting for all fitness levels and goals.

Support Studio Growth
:
Lead new member onboarding, support community events, and help turn first-time visitors into lifelong members.

Be a BFT Brand Ambassador
:
Represent BFT Eastern in person and online, sharing your passion and helping our studio stand out in Toronto’s fitness scene.

Uphold Coaching Standards
:
Participate in regular training, workshops, and team meetings to stay sharp and aligned with our standards.

Lead with Consistency
:
Show up reliably for your assigned classes, bringing your best every session.

Degree in Exercise Science or nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA)

CPR/AED certification (required)

Prior experience in group fitness or personal training preferred

Strong background and passion for strength and conditioning

Confident, charismatic coaching style with excellent communication and motivational skills

Emotionally intelligent and able to connect with a wide range of members

Social media savvy and comfortable promoting the brand online

Team-oriented mindset and thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment

Genuine belief in BFT’s methodology and mission to improve lives through science-backed fitness
