Senior Java Developer

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Java and AWS to join a high-performing technology team. The ideal candidate will possess deep hands-on development experience, strong architectural capabilities, and the ability to design and analyze complex distributed systems.

Experience in capital markets and working knowledge of Python will be considered an added advantage.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications using Java and AWS services
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze requirements and architect effective technical solutions
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code focused on scalability and maintainability
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
• Stay current with modern cloud technologies and evolving software development standards

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Java development
• Strong working experience with AWS cloud services
• Experience with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
• Working knowledge of Python
• Strong expertise in software design, architecture, and system analysis
• Demonstrated ability to write high-quality, maintainable code
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Experience or understanding of Capital Markets / Financial Services domain
