Salesforce Developer; Service Cloud

Job Description Must-Have Skills

• 6–8 years of Salesforce development experience

• Strong experience with Service Cloud

• Hands‑on experience with Apex
  , Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce

• Experience with
  custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and flows

• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (
  REST/SOAP APIs
  )

• Understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules)

• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions

• Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and LWC components

• Configure Service Cloud features (Cases, Knowledge, Omni‑Channel)

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Ensure platform performance, data integrity, and security

• Participate in testing, deployment, and support of Salesforce solutions
