We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer for our IT client with deep expertise in the Salesforce platform to help design, develop, and maintain mission‑critical CRM solutions. The ideal candidate is an experienced Salesforce professional with a strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce best practices, and is comfortable working on complex business requirements in a dynamic enterprise environment.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high‑quality custom Salesforce solutions (Apex classes, triggers, LWC, Visualforce, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including admins, architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize and enhance existing Salesforce applications for scalability and performance.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware, and other integration tools.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD processes for Salesforce deployments.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and data security policies.
• Conduct peer code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architectural discussions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

• 10+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
• Expert knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce platform architecture.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom objects.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs and integration techniques.
• Proficiency with Git‑based version control and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, etc.).
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (or equivalent experience).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
