Must-Have Skills
- 6–8 years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong experience with Service Cloud
- Hands‑on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
- Experience with custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and flows
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules)
- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions
- Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and LWC components
- Configure Service Cloud features (Cases, Knowledge, Omni‑Channel)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure platform performance, data integrity, and security
- Participate in testing, deployment, and support of Salesforce solutions
