The Developer Infrastructure team aims to empower engineering teams to build with quality, velocity, and confidence. We are creating a platform that enables Robinhood Engineering to ship high-quality software efficiently. Our platform includes teams focused on Developer Experience, Test Experience, Web Platform, and Mobile Platform. We handle all tooling, systems, and processes across the software development lifecycle.

The Developer Experience team helps engineering move quickly and safely by identifying and resolving production issues early, and driving systemic improvements to our development processes and culture.

• Build process optimization
• Continuous integration
• Tooling development and optimization
• Remote developer environment management

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields, with 4+ years of industry experience
• Strong coding skills in Java, Python, Go, or similar languages
• Expertise in areas such as CI/CD optimization, release engineering, dev tooling, or test automation frameworks
• Experience with Monorepos and modern build systems like Bazel, Buck, or Pants
• Prior experience in Software Engineering, SDET, Dev Ops, Deployment Engineering, or Developer Experience

The salary range for this role in Toronto, ON is $124,000–$145,000 CAD, depending on various factors including experience and market conditions. The role is eligible for Robinhood’s bonus and equity plans.
