We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Developer 1 with a strong background in Java/Kotlin, AWS and React/Typescript to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing high-quality, innovative software solutions that align with Intuit's core values of integrity, customer obsession, courage, respect for each other, and innovation. Familiarity with GenAI is a plus.

• Successful delivery of high‑quality web or mobile software (requirements, design, code, documentation, etc.)
• Roughly 80‑95% hands‑on coding
• Contribute to early quality activities, including peer reviews of estimates, designs and code
• Resolve defects/bugs during QA testing, pre‑production, production, and post‑release patches
• Partner effectively with all team members to deliver against commitments

• BS/MS in computer science or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years experience developing web, software, or mobile applications.
• Solid grasp of software engineering fundamentals, algorithms, design patterns and their practical application.
• Full‑stack software development skill set is preferred.
• Experience with Java/ Kotlin (Python is a plus).
• Experience in UI frameworks like React, Typescript, Redux, Backbone, Angular.
• Experience in frontend software development using Java script, HTML5, CSS

• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with web services (REST or SOAP).
• Understanding of unit testing & Test Driven Development (TDD).

• Helpful, can‑do attitude and a willingness to take ownership of problems.
• Strong desire to learn and grow.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with a history of superb delivery against assigned tasks.
