Our client is an AI Technology startup based in Toronto and they have an immediate need for a Lead Full Stack Engineer – Ai

• Develop and maintain full stack applications for web and mobile platforms, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Collaborate closely with founders and other team members to build products that are intuitive and impactful.
• Contribute to building common tools and libraries that can be used across multiple ventures.
• Work on integrating AI and LLM capabilities into products, using tools such as OpenAI APIs, Llama, and machine learning frameworks like Tensor Flow or PyTorch.
• Participate in architecture decisions and provide input on technical approaches to solve complex problems.

• 5+ years of experience as a full stack engineer, building and scaling web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in frontend frameworks (e.g., React) and in backend technologies (e.g., Node.js/Type Script, Python).
• Experience with SQL
• Experience working within the marketing industry
• Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and databases (SQL, No
  
  SQL); familiarity with managed Postgres/BaaS platforms (e.g., Supabase) and PaaS deployment (e.g., Railway) is a plus.
• Experience with AI/ML tools and frameworks (e.g., OpenAI APIs, Llama) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) methodologies is highly preferred; familiarity with Tensor Flow or PyTorch is a plus.
• Exposure to data and workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Dagster) is a plus.
• Experience with Data Engineering (DBT/Big Query) is a plus
• Passion for building impactful technology and willingness to take on challenges.
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
