• Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React/Next.js and modern backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Redis, Kafka), ensuring high performance, security, and accessibility standards.
• Data & Integration: Build and enhance data pipelines (ETL), develop RESTful APIs, integrate front-end UI with backend services, and work with relational databases and search technologies such as Elasticsearch.
• Architecture & Dev Ops: Contribute to microservices-based and cloud-native architectures, implement CI/CD pipelines, support deployments, and ensure solutions are reliable, secure, and scalable.
• Agile Collaboration & Quality: Work within multidisciplinary agile teams, participate in sprint ceremonies and design sessions, apply best practices in testing (unit, automation, accessibility/WCAG), and provide ongoing troubleshooting and post-implementation support.

• We use AI-enabled tools to assist in screening applications based on job-related criteria.
