Senior Salesforce Developer with lighting development and LWC framework experience to support a Global Banking and Markets Engineering Team-

Hybrid - Toronto – 2-3 days/week (Wednesdays, Thursdays)

Story Behind the Need
Business group: GBME - Technology Solution - Global Banking and Markets Engineering (GBME) is the fast-moving, award-winning technology engine that powers bank’s Corporate, Investment Banking, and Capital Markets businesses. The CRM Global Technology Applications team supporting Global Banking & Markets Wholesale clients.
Project/Role Overview:
We are embarking on a Salesforce project to digitize and integrate systems along the Client Lifecycle for wholesale banking. You will be responsible for working with consultants and business stakeholders to design and build the workflow and system integrations required. You will remove barriers throughout the project enabling the development and deployment of quality solutions that meet these requirements.
Aiming to digitize full CL involving multiple groups, front middle back office – need dev to understand business lingo. USCM component – help the specific client lifecycle onboarding for US cash management clients – different product and different integration for client lifecycle journey

Candidate Requirements/Must Have
Skills:
1. 10+ years software development with 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and deployment - Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and SoQL, and understanding of SFDC and ability to implement applications across the Salesforce environments such as
2. Completed at least 2 large scale integration projects using Salesforce
3. Recent experience with Lightning development, LWC Framework, Batch Processing, Process Builder, SFDC Web Services & APIs, Test Coverage Classes and custom objects
4. Experience with agile teams – understanding the mindset of working in an agile environment very important
Nice-To-Have
Skills:
- Experience in the capacity as a lead developer
- You have in-depth knowledge of SOAP and RESTful integrations
- Capital markets and global banking experience is an asset
- Financial Services cloud experience is an asset (not a priority but appreciated if in addition to the above) – or service cloud or sales cloud

Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills to work across different business lines and with different users
- Looking for ‘go getter’ personalities who can solve problems and think outside the box
- You must be comfortable with Capital Markets business partners and product owners while also being able to get technical with the team when necessary.

Education:
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
• Salesforce Certifications - Salesforce Developer / Consultant / Architect are nice to have (please include link in submission)
Best VS. Average Candidate:
The team is looking for an experienced Salesforce developer that is well versed in all facets of the Financial Services cloud, acting as a major contributor for solutions, workflows, data models and leveraging best practices to design, test, implement and support the solution.
Need to be able to provide technical solutions to meet user needs. Strong candidates would currently be working in Salesforce and have a variety experience with financial industry workflows.
