Job Title:

Tech Lead - Full stack developer

Location:

Toronto, ON (3x onsite a week)

Employment Type:

Contract

Pay Rate: CAD $45 - $50/HR INC

Key activities & responsibilities:

• Design, Develop and maintain scalable web applications
• Lead architectural discussions, code reviews and best practice implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Designers, BSA, Back-end team and QA
• Optimize application for maximum performance and scalability
• Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs (FIGMA) and implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces
• Work with databases, BFF layers and APIs to build secure and efficient Front-end systems

• Front-end :
  React, React Native, Next.js, JavaScript, Type Script, HTML, CSS, SASS, Tailwind, Bootstrap, Semantic UI
• Back-end:
  Node.js, Express.js, PHP
• Databases:
  MySQL, Mongo
  
  DB, PostgreSQL
• Other
  
  Skills:
  
  Strong debugging, performance optimization and problem-solving abilities
• Nice to have:
  Banking Experience

• 10+ years of experience of hands-on software development experience
• Proven track record of building and deploying full-stack applications at scale
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle, Agile methodologies and best coding practice
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
