Senior Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack)

Toronto - 3-4 days WFO

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack (Mongo
  
  DB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Build robust server-side applications and APIs using Node.js and NestJS.
• Develop and optimize front-end applications using React.js and Next.js, including server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG).
• Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments using Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with Dev Ops teams to ensure smooth and reliable CI/CD pipelines.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Mentor junior developers and actively participate in code reviews.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to continuously improve development practices.

• 7+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on the MERN stack.

• Strong proficiency in:
• React.js
• Node.js
• Express.js
• Hands‑on experience with Next.js for SSR and SSG.
• Solid experience building and managing containerized applications using Docker.
• Practical experience with Kubernetes for application orchestration and deployment.
• Strong understanding of NestJS for building scalable and maintainable backend services.
• In‑depth knowledge of RESTful APIs and Graph
  
  QL.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
