We’re looking for a full-time developer to join our engineering team.

We are looking for an innovation obsessed Senior Full-Stack Developer - AI Enablement with previous start-up experience to join our fast-paced, dynamic engineering team as we pioneer Agentic and AI-first development to create groundbreaking platform solutions. In this pivotal role, you will lead the architecture, development, and deployment of robust, scalable, and maintainable systems. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our technology stack while mentoring and inspiring a talented team of engineers.

• Design and deploy LLM-powered agents and AI copilots that enhance user experiences and automate complex workflows
• Develop human-in-the-loop systems that seamlessly integrate AI capabilities with human oversight for clinical safety and effectiveness
• Architect configurable and scalable AI systems using modern frameworks (Lang Chain, AutoGPT, etc.) and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Anthropic)
• Build robust API integrations that connect our platform with external AI services and healthcare systems
• Implement context engineering, embeddings, and vector stores for intelligent content retrieval and personalization

Drive Automation & Optimization:

• Leverage AI tools and agentic systems to optimize development workflows and unlock 5x productivity gains
• Build automations that streamline business processes, from content generation to user engagement analytics
• Engineer solutions that scale our mental health interventions and reduce manual operational overhead

Own End-to-End Delivery:

• Take full ownership of complex AI projects from prototype to production deployment
• Navigate technical trade-offs, system constraints, and long-term maintainability of AI-infused systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical teams, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into intelligent technical solutions

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience building and deploying AI/ML systems in production environments
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional software development experience, with a focus on large-scale platform rebuilds or migrations.
• Strong backend engineering foundation with experience in React, Next.js, or similar languages
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and integrating generative AI into applications
• API development and integration expertise for connecting diverse systems and services
• Understanding of AI system trade-offs including performance, cost, latency, and safety considerations
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
