. Architect and build innovative product features and solutions that scale to millions of users. Utilize your expertise to guide and mentor Junior and Intermediate Engineers and leave your mark on our Engineering best practices!

What you`ll be doing:

Take full ownership of features or modules from design through deployment, ensuring high quality and reliability.

Be hands-on with the codebase, actively driving code reviews and ensuring best practices are followed.

Solve complex challenges using a variety of tools:
Python, Go, Kubernetes, Docker, Drone, Google Pub Sub, React/Redux, Graph

QL, MySQL, Postgre

SQL, and Microservices.

Leverage your deep expertise to provide guidance and mentorship to a team of software developers with varying experience levels, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.

Lead and initiate engineering improvements, whether it’s through tooling, processes, or adopting new technologies, to ensure the team is working effectively.

Actively participate in cross-functional sessions with Product and Design to align on requirements, priorities, and dependencies.

Monitor application performance and optimize code to ensure it meets scaling, performance, and security requirements as the product grows.

Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and software engineering practices to bring fresh perspectives and ideas to the team.

What we`re looking for:

Proven track record in leading back-end or full-stack projects with a strong focus on the back-end in a Senior or Staff capacity
.

Hands on experience with leading the design phase of complex projects and driving them through to delivery.

Proficient Python and/or Go programming skills preferred.

Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Prior experience with code reviews and mentorship of less experienced Engineers.

Bachelor or master’s degree in computer science or related field.
