Key Responsibilities

Application Development Design develop and deploy custom web and mobile applications using the Mendix platform

Requirement Analysis Collaborate with business stakeholders and analysts to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications and functional applications

Integration Integrate Mendix applications with enterprise systems databases and external services using connectors APIs RESTSOAP web services and potentially Java actions

Maintenance and Support Troubleshoot maintain and optimize existing applications to ensure performance scalability and security

Agile Development Participate in project planning estimation code reviews and Agile development methodologies

Version Control Utilize tools like Git for effective code repository management

Best Practices Stay updated on the latest Mendix features and best practices to ensure continuous improvement

CICD Implement and manage Continuous Integration Continuous Deployment CICD pipelines for Mendix applications

Advanced Skills In some roles this may include developing with AIML models and integrating them with Mendix apps

Qualifications

Proven experience with the Mendix lowcode platform

Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies

Familiarity with frontend technologies like JavaScript HTML and CSS is often beneficial

Experience with Agile development methodologies

Good problemsolving analytical and communication skills

A Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field is a common requirement
