Earner Segmentation is a critical part of Uber’s Delivery Marketplace
, powering how couriers engage with work opportunities across Uber Eats, grocery, and emerging delivery verticals. Our mission is to design systems that provide couriers with flexibility, fairness, and reliability — while ensuring the marketplace operates efficiently and at global scale.
As a Software Engineer on the Earner Segmentation team, you’ll help build the next generation of scheduling as a first-class product for couriers. This system enables couriers to reserve time slots in advance, creating better earning opportunities and more predictable access to work.

The base salary range for this role is CAD $136,000 per year - CAD $151,000 per year.
