In this role you will:
Assist the Director/Senior Manager in validating Trade Surveillance and E‑Communication Surveillance models.Give priority to candidates with prior validation experience in Trade Surveillance models and vendor models.Demonstrate strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Python and familiarity with trading products.Independently manage validation projects; provide subject matter expertise and design validation frameworks, including research on appropriate statistical and mathematical testing methodologies.Conduct research and development of new validation techniques.Review all documentation related to validation assignments, including work prepared under the incumbent’s supervision; ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper archiving to support independent third‑party review.Maintain relationships with key contacts identified for each validation request submission.Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? - We'd love to work with you if you have:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.Prior experience in Trade Surveillance and E‑Communication Surveillance model validation.Familiarity with vendor models used in surveillance.Strong data analysis capabilities.Proficiency in Python for statistical and quantitative modeling.What's in it for you?
