What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Build and maintain end‑to‑end features using React/Type Script, Django/Python, and Graph

QL/Relay

Advocate for the use of AI tools to enhance engineering practices and productivity

Deliver outcomes that positively influence product and business metrics

Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA teams to create polished user experiences

Write unit, integration, and regression tests while participating in code reviews to maintain high quality

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 5+ years of full‑stack or backend development experience

Proven experience in high‑growth product environments

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across disciplines

Experience working in remote environments with a preference for asynchronous collaboration

Passion for AI and enthusiasm for leveraging tools to enhance productivity

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with tools like Cursor to enhance development efficiency

A track record of owning features from technical specifications to post‑release impact monitoring

Familiarity with rapid delivery and iterative development practices

Background in mentoring teammates and introducing best practices

Engagement in continuous learning and improvement initiatives
