Position: Senior Microservices Developer (JAVA8)
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Developer/Designer responsible for the backend development you will work with a diverse, tight-knit development and product team to build microservices on a mobile application and build and develop microservices layer which will integrate with several enterprise platforms.
Daily Tasks:
· Design, develop, maintain and evolve backend microservices using the Spring framework to support Mobile self-serve applicationWork with mobile and backend team using agile product and software developmentCollaborate with multiple teams (product and tech) across the organizationDesign and recommend solution to challenging problemsPrepare documentation as neededRequired
Skills and Experience:
4 Years of work experience of Java 1.8+, Functional Programming (Streams)7+ Years of work experience of Spring framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC)Strong experience designing Microservices architectures and APIsStrong working knowledge of Junit & MockitoFamiliarity with Docker, Postman and SoapUIFamiliarity and comfort with Agile development practicesExperience designing, developing and documenting APIs – swagger, OPEN API, Redoc, adocExperience with writing automated unit and integration testsExperience with Git for source code managementFamiliarity with Amazon Web ServicesAbility to work in a fast-paced, agile environmentNice to have skills
