Intermediate QA Engineer

Our Development team is growing and we’re looking for a QA Engineer who is passionate about mastering the best practices of Test Engineering, employing various techniques such as Unit Testing, Integration Testing, End-to-End Testing (browser based), and helping us in implementing a modern Continuous Delivery pipeline. Your work will have tremendous impact, allowing your team to rapidly release code to customers with confidence.

As a QA Engineer, you will be part of a driven and supportive team that’s always striving to deliver value to our customers by:

• Developing high quality Integration Tests, End-to-End Tests and Performance Tests to ensure fast and reliable iterative development.
• Create test plans and test cases in an Agile environment.
• Help your team in delivering a high quality product.
• Participate and share your ideas in technical discussions.
• Assist your team in achieving quarterly OKRs.
• Develop your craft, build and share your experience in the field.

• Post-secondary education in the following areas preferred:
  Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or equivalent training/experience.
• Good understanding of JavaScript/Typescript, Python and Java languages.
• Good understanding of relational databases, especially SQL Server.
• 2+ years of working experience in developing Integration Testing (API level) with Python or other languages.
• 2+ years of working experience with Selenium based tools or Playwright.
• Fluent with Git source control, and Git Hub.
• Passionate for building engaging user experiences.
• Must be self-motivated, goal driven and possess the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the overall team’s success in a fast paced environment.
• Experience with the following is a nice to have: exposure to Gatling, Postman, .NET Web stack: MVC, Web API, React, Redux, Mongo
  
  DB, Elastic Search and Redis, good understanding of OOD/OOP, and experience with Agile methodology, such as Kanban or Scrum.
