Pay Details: $81,600 - $115,200 CAD

This role is eligible for a discretionary variable compensation award that considers business and individual performance. Job Description

Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mobile Android Software Engineer to join our growing team within the TD Insurance division of the bank. This role will focus on the design, development, and maintenance of mobile solutions that support insurance products and services offered to our TD customers. You'll collaborate with UX, API, QE, and other mobile developers to deliver high-quality, secure, and user-centric mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop mobile applications for the Android platform tailored to insurance services.
  • Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend developers to create seamless digital insurance experiences.
  • Integrate with RESTful APIs, secure data protocols, and third‑party insurance systems.
  • Ensure application is safe and secure; comply with regulatory requirements, data privacy standards, and security best practices.
  • Optimize mobile applications for performance and scalability.
  • Adhere to accessibility standards, meeting WCAG 2.1 standards.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD processes.
  • Support the entire SDLC application cycle.
