Who we needCDI seeking knowledgeable and competent SNAP Boys Youth Clubs Facilitator to join SNAP Boys Youth Clubs from March 2, 2026 to June 18, 2026.
The SNAP Boys Youth Clubs Facilitator is an integral part of the SNAP Boys Youth Clubs. The SNAP Boys Youth Clubs Facilitator is responsible for facilitating one of the two weekly SNAP Boys Youth Clubs which serve a diverse group, many of whom are racialized youth. This group component, which corresponds with the school year schedule, utilizes the SNAP Framework to address various challenges youth experience at home, school, or in the community.
The focus is on providing a positive, therapeutic environment to explore youth related issues, practice SNAP skills and social skills, develop prosocial future oriented plans, attain life skills, and have access to caring adults with whom they can connect and mentor.
This is a non-bargaining casual contract position requires to work flexible evening hours. Hours are not guaranteed.
This is a non-bargaining, casual contract position that requires flexible evening availability. Working hours will range from 5 to 10 hours per week, based on operational needs.
