Basement Systems Toronto (BST) is looking for an general laborer / Installer with fast promotion opportunities.

We are looking for physically fit, motivated individuals with leadership potential to join our team. We provide full training!

FULL-TIME WORK ALL YEAR ROUND!

Basement Systems Toronto is the regional leader in complete and customized solutions for basements and foundations.

✅ Permanent full-time work, year-round (no seasonal layoffs!)

• Co-foreman:
  Earn between $60,000 - $75,000/year, based on performance
• Foreman:
  Earn between $75,000 - $89,000/year, based on performance

✅ Company-provided truck, equipment, and all necessary tools
✅ Extensive initial and ongoing training

• Perform hands‑ons installations of various systems using company‑approved, high‑quality methods
• Load materials, tools, and equipment onto the company truck before heading to job sites
• Unload and clean the truck upon returning to the company warehouse

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is a MUST
• Experience in carpentry, demolition, and/or concrete work is a plus
• Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting up to 40 lbs, climbing ladders, kneeling, or crawling)
• Leadership skills and the ability to lead by example
• Basic computer skills for scheduling and documentation
• Enjoys consulting and helping people find solutions
