We are currently seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This a newly created position, added due to steady growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems while adhering to all safety regulations.

• Install, maintain, and repair new HVAC systems in commercial settings according to specifications.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose issues and perform maintenance on heating, cooling and ventilation systems.
• Weld parts as necessary for repairs or installations.
• Assist with preventative maintenance.
• Read and interpret schematics and work plans to understand system layouts.
• Maintain and repair electrical components of ventilation systems.
• Perform appliance repairs related to HVAC systems.
• Perform consistent inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Communicate with clients and colleagues in a clear and concise manner.
• Maintain knowledge and understanding of building codes.

• 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician.
• Must be familiar with RTUs, Unit Heaters, Fans and Gas Piping.
• Must have gas license.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical manuals.
• Welding skills and experience as required for installations and repairs.
• Able to lift heavy equipment, often in enclosed spaces.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with schematic drawings.
• Above average communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Education or certification in HVAC systems is preferred but not mandatory.
