We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and technically savvy Refrigeration Mechanic Apprentice (4th or 5th year only) to support our growing team in the delivery of industrial refrigeration systems. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who is working towards a 313A Refrigeration Mechanic license and who is willing to grow within a supportive team. This full‑time position is open to qualified candidates living in the GTA.

• Troubleshoot and maintain industrial refrigeration systems, focusing on CO₂ and ammonia systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance checks to keep operations running smoothly and safely.
• Diagnose and fix issues to minimize downtime for our clients.
• Communicate professionally with customers to build trust and solve problems.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.

Technical

Skills:

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Understanding of refrigeration and its components.
• Experience with CO₂ or ammonia systems is an asset.
• Knowledge of electrical components and troubleshooting.
