Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Lead a crew in the installation of pavers, retaining walls, patios, and other hardscape features.
  • Ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to high-quality standards.
  • Train and mentor apprentices and crew members to improve team performance.
  • Operate and oversee the use of hand tools, power tools, and equipment.
  • Manage job site organization, safety, and workflow.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and team members.
  • In the winter, participate in remote work opportunities such as software training, sales, writing, and content creation (if interested).
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in hardscape installation.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a crew.
  • Proficiency with tools and equipment used in hardscape construction.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation to job sites.
