Co-Foreman; Fencing

Standard Fencing Company, a leading provider of residential wood privacy and chainlink fencing services in Toronto and surrounding areas, is seeking a skilled Co-Foreman to join our team. As a Co-Foreman, you will assist the Site Foreman in overseeing the construction and installation of high-quality fences at customer sites. You will ensure that projects are completed on-time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

• Assist in the day-to-day management and coordination of construction sites
• Supervise and train a team of fencing installers to ensure quality workmanship
• Plan, organize and direct site activities to ensure that construction schedules are met
• Oversee the ordering of materials and equipment necessary for job completion
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise during the installation process
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, ensuring all safety protocols are followed
• Inspect completed installations to ensure that they meet company standards and customer specifications
• Assist the Site Foreman with any additional tasks as needed

• 2+ years of experience in fence construction or a related field
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Knowledge of fencing materials, methods, and techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
