• Perform general repairs across the property (drywall, ceiling tiles, carpentry, doors, floors, and other surfaces).
• Set up and take down signage, kiosks, tables, ballot boxes, banners, stages, decorations, etc.
• Deliver chairs, tables, and other equipment.
• Carry out work orders assigned through Maximo.
• Assist plumbers, millwrights, filtermen and electricians as directed.
• Maintain marketing storage room and equipment.
• Update directory boards and signage in the mall, office tower, galleria, receiving areas and service corridors.
• Maintain retail merchandising units and specialty leasing kiosks.
• Liaise with operations staff, guest services staff, supervisors, and tenants.
• Assist operations staff during emergencies.
• Provide contractor escort as required.
• Other duties assigned by the supervisor within the general scope of the work.

• Grade 12 education or equivalent.
• Practical designation is an asset.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
• Ability to liaise with tenants.
• Ability to work on a team.
• Good practical knowledge of tools.
• Able to read and follow drawings and instructions.
