Job Description

Tremco CPG Inc. has been a world leader in solving complex waterproofing and roofing problems for commercial, institutional, and industrial accounts since 1928. Weatherproofing Technologies, Tremco’s service division, is currently seeking an experienced Field Technician for projects in the Greater London, Ontario region.

Responsibilities

• Installation of Roofing Systems: under the direction of a foreman, install different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, safety systems, and other low-slope roofing systems. Operate tools safely, adhering to all applicable health and safety legislation.
• QA and Maintenance Inspections: perform routine inspections using diagnostic equipment, check roofs to ensure systems are functioning properly, and communicate and correct any problems.

Qualifications

• Willing to travel (up to 25% or more) within the region and work flexible hours during peak season.
• Ability to work at heights and lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Effective communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License and access to a vehicle.
• At least 2 years of commercial roofing experience.
