• Position: Part-Time Security Guard
• Site: North York, Consumers Road
• Hours: Saturday and Sunday (12:00–00:00)
• Pay Rate: $19.10 per hour
• Overtime Method: Ontario Averaging Agreement (AA) after 88 hours
• Internal posting date: March 5, 2026

• External Closing date: March 19, 2026

• Access control, property patrols, incident reporting, CCTV and fire panel monitoring, emergency response and customer service
• Maintain workflow to ensure that all daily, weekly and monthly tasks and assignments are completed in an accurate and timely manner and forwarded to management
• Ensure a safe and effective working environment by the proper use of all equipment and resources; maintain compliance with established health and safety policies and procedures
• Standing or sitting for long periods of time
• Greet tenants, clients and the general public
• Provide helpful guidance and assistance
• Sustain effective relationships with visitors, tenants and staff through courteous and respectful relations

• Valid Ontario Security Guard license
• Valid First Aid & CPR Level C from a WSIB approved provider
• Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent/post-secondary diploma or degree
• Minimum 1 year security related experience preferred
• High level of customer service
• Knowledge of access control, CCTV, fire equipment and fire monitoring systems
• Knowledge of relevant Federal, Provincial, Municipal laws and bi-laws
• Position requires the ability to walk/stand/climb stairs for extended periods of time in all weather conditions
• Must be able to provide certifications in Use of Force (UOF) and Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB)
• Applicants who do not possess these certifications can opt into Paladin's Use of Force (UOF)/Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) certification program prior to onboarding training to ensure they meet the requirements of the position
