Ready to suit up as a Static Tactical Security Guard

What matters most in a role like this is your ability to read the environment, anticipate risk and act accordingly. Your keen sense of observation and strong social skills are your greatest strengths. As a Tactical Security Guard, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, security facility centers, etc.

This position follows a Continental Night Shift only hrs) and static security duties. Some assignments may require sitting or standing for extended periods.

• Conduct mobile and foot patrols of assigned areas.
• Perform static security duties, including monitoring while seated for long periods.
• Enforce Trespass to Property Act and apply trespass‑with‑rights procedures.
• Monitor parks, public spaces, and facilities during overnight hours.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies promptly.
• Complete detailed incident reports and documentation.
• Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services when required.

• Authorized to work in Canada.
• Valid Ontario Security Guard License (required).
• Valid G2 or G Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract (Preferred).
• First Aid & CPR certification (required).
• Ability to sit for extended periods and patrol by foot and vehicle.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must successfully complete Handcuff and Baton training.
• Strong observation, communication, and decision‑making skills.
