Stadium Response Team - Security Guard

Sword are now recruiting for Seasonal Stadium Response Team Security for Greater Toronto Area. Join the team of one of the premier event security and crowd management organizations in Ontario. This role requires individuals who are highly trained in emergency response, crowd control, and conflict resolution.

The Stadium Response Team Security ensures the overall safety of the stadium, providing a strong, immediate response to any security or safety issue that arises during large-scale events.

• Deliver best in class security service
• Rapid Incident Response:
  Quickly responding to emergency situations or security threats
• Crowd Management and Control:
  Actively managing large crowds during high-attendance events, monitor crowd movements and behaviour
• De‑Escalation and Conflict Resolution:
  Engaging with disruptive individuals or groups, using de‑escalation techniques to prevent violence or further disturbance
• Team Coordination and Communication:
  Maintaining continuous communication with other members of the security team, event staff, and management to ensure coordinated efforts during emergencies.
• Post‑Incident Reporting and Documentation:
  After incidents, documenting all actions taken, preparing detailed reports on events, and communicating with management and relevant authorities to ensure proper follow‑up and review.
• Flexible working arrangements, select the shifts that work best for you
• Part‑Time/Seasonal hours

• A minimum of 1 year’s security experience in the Ontario security sector
• Hold a Valid Security licence, a valid First Aid Cert, a Smart Serve Licence
• Use of Force Certified (mandatory for this role)
• Outstanding communication skills
• Experience in de‑escalation and conflict resolution essential
• The ability to work weekends
• Ability to work and be on your feet for up to 8 hours
• Ability to lift 100lbs
