Security Supervisor

Your strength in supervision lies in your ability to mobilize a team, build trust, and encourage collaboration. If you know how to rally people around common goals, this position is for you. As a Security Supervisor, you will lead a team of guards on a post-secondary campus, located at M5B 1Y2, ensuring security operations run smoothly while delivering excellent customer service in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Hourly wage of $27.25
• We invest in you by covering the cost of ongoing training through the Garda World Academy
• Schedule:
  
  Sunday-Saturday:  (Cont. Rotation)
• Career advancement opportunities at Garda World
• Uniform provided free of charge

• Lead a team of on-site security guards
• Manage and maintain the daily schedule of the team
• Ensure all security guards follow and stay updated on instructions
• Issue and manage access cards
• Complete daily reports and incident reports
• All other related duties

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• This supervisor position is a key step, but certainly not the last.
• Excellent leadership skills
• Minimum 1 year of experience in security and team management
• First aid certification (mandatory)
• Hold a valid security license
