As a Concierge Security Guard, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people, at one of the largest banks of Canada.

  Mon-Fri 0700hrs to 1500hrs

• Uniform provided at no cost

• Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid Ontario security license
• WSIB approved first aid Level C certification - Required
• Minimum 1 year of experience working as a security guard
• Minimum high school diploma
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
